Sold by Neil Clark - One of the Areas Finest All Arable Blocks!

Amongst mature ornamental trees and intricate well conceived landscaping sits this beautiful single level family home. Designed and built to capture both the essence of semi rural living and all day sunshine.

This is a fantastic block of land. It's almost level but has the right amount of fall to keep the rain moving. The trees are lovely and well spaced and the whole place just has a nice welcoming feel. It would be nice to come home here.

Generous in size with raised formal living areas including lounge and dining rooms that are separated by an open fireplace and look out across the pool and lawns. French provincial eat-in kitchen with island bench breakfast bar and adjoining sunken informal areas that open directly onto the stunning in ground pool and surrounding outside entertaining areas.

Seven generous bedrooms in all (two master suites). The first master bedroom has direct access to the pool area, huge walk in robe and beautiful spa ensuite with a full bay window to capture the private gardens. Located at the other end of the home the second master is ideal as a guest bedroom. All other bedrooms are big and have built in robes.

Another unique feature of this property is the great big freestanding games/tennis pavilion. This building houses a kitchenette, bathroom plus bedroom & opens directly out onto the flood-lit championship sized synthetic grass tennis court.

Other features of note include oversized double garage with workshop, double carport, utility room, study and horse paddock.

More on Kenthurst

Kenthurst is derived from the English County of Kent and hurst meaning a woody hillock or clearing. The area was originally known as Little Dooral and later Little Dural. In 1886 a public meeting was held to discuss a change of name. Charles Gibb was the main agitator who declared that the settlement needed a more elegant title.
