Kenthurst
Even Leonardo Da Vinci would appreciate this blank canvas!
This sensational, almost square, totally cleared 5 acres is within walking distance of Kenthurst Village, Hills Grammar and Marion College and is begging for a visionary new owner, with inspiration, to create something really special.
In the last decade or two, Kenthurst and Dural and environs have blossomed with some incredible, multi-million dollar new homes being built; 3 Volunteer Road, Kenthurst is ready to join those ranks.
With a 149m road frontage this outstanding block has terrific potential with Blue Mountain views on offer. The current owners are downsizing and are motivated to sell and a delayed settlement is possible, if required.
Tucked away in the very South East corner of the block is a very presentable, full brick, 4 bed family home that provides comfortable, air conditioned accommodation, with distant views to the Blue Mountains from the rear balcony.

More on Kenthurst
Kenthurst is derived from the English County of Kent and hurst meaning a woody hillock or clearing. The area was originally known as Little Dooral and later Little Dural. In 1886 a public meeting was held to discuss a change of name. Charles Gibb was the main agitator who declared that the settlement needed a more elegant title.
