Conveniently Located Just Off Annangrove Road

Located in a quality side road this comfortable cottage is nestled amongst established gardens on 5 mostly arable acres.

The immaculate cottage offers plenty of space with an open plan living room featuring vaulted ceilings and a slow combustion fire and split air-conditioning. The 3 cosy bedrooms adjoins a newly renovated bathroom. A separate Lounge room with open fire place and a large utility room leads outside to the substantial covered entertaining area.

The land is mostly fenced with a large steel farm machinery shed, the level grassed remaining acres are the ideal platform to build and create a wonderful rural estate with a dam to irrigate the garden!

It's a property buyers ask for on a daily basis i.e. close in, a home to live in while we build our new home, quality properties surround, good high land with northerly aspect, mostly useable, arable 5 acres? "Oh and close to St Madeline and Hills Grammar would be great too"!

More on Kenthurst

Kenthurst is derived from the English County of Kent and hurst meaning a woody hillock or clearing. The area was originally known as Little Dooral and later Little Dural. In 1886 a public meeting was held to discuss a change of name. Charles Gibb was the main agitator who declared that the settlement needed a more elegant title.
